Wood, Lori

Sadly, Lori passed away peacefully at her home in New Westminster on July 2, 2019. She is survived by her children, son David (Stacey) Burt and granddaughter Abbey Burt, son Jordan Krause, and her daughter Kailee Krause and grandson Hudson, mother Beverly May, brother Steven (Loris) Wood and sister Kelly (Ossie) Abbott.

Lori was born in Toronto on January 10, 1959, and moved to BC with her family in 1962. She worked for years in the dental profession and was a devoted foster mother to children in need. Lori was an avid crafter and spent many hours creating beautiful items that we have to treasure.

​Lori will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her caring, kind nature, and her giving personality. She will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her including aunts, uncles, and cousins in Ontario and Texas.

Lori will be laid to rest July 18, 2019 at Fraser Cemetery , 100 Richmond Street, New Westminster.
