Vujatovic, Milan

It is with great sadness that the family of Milan (The Barber) Vujatovic announce his passing on December 19, after battling various health challenges for the last 9 months. He died peacefully and is now cutting hair in heaven with his finest pair of clippers. Survived by his wife of nearly 50 years, Stojanka, sons Jovan (Victoria) and Peter, brother Boro, nephew Misho, niece Milka, and 5 grandchildren, Heather, Alex, Adam, Sava, and Nikolas.  

Born in the former Yugoslavia, Milan joined the military were he began cutting hair. Working as a barber he spent time in Yugoslavia, Germany and Canada, including Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Milan’s Barber Shop was a staple in the Surrey community for many years and later in (Murrayville) Langley. His clients included famous Hockey players, Actors, Wrestlers and many Police Officers with a career spanning over 63 years!

A funeral will be held at St. Sava Orthodox Church, 505 E 63rd Ave, Vancouver, 10:00am on Friday, December 27, 2019 with burial following at Victory Memorial Park, 14831 28th Ave, Surrey.
