It is with sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Hermann Reiter. He leaves behind many loved ones, especially wife, Gudrun and best friend, brother Werner. Hermann will always be remembered for his positivity, kindness and wonderful sense of humour. He was a true gentleman in all ways, easy going and everyone's friend. Hermann never complained nor had an unkind word to say about another. He loved life and the people in it.
Hermann had a very active life. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting with his friends, family and brother Werner. He loved wildlife, music, dancing, and bowling. He was a master sharpshooter and won many medals and trophies in competitions such as the BC Winter and Summer Games as well as many other tournaments. Hermann enjoyed walks through parks and nature trails and loved being in the woods. At one point in his younger years, he wanted to become a forest ranger. He instead became a painter by trade until his retirement, and afterwards volunteering his time. His family would like to extend a thank you to the amazing staff at Jackman Manor, Hermann's home for the past two years. Their kindness and loving care are appreciated. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider a donation to Jackman Manor. Comments are closed.
