Pitman, Alexander

Alex passed away peacefully on March 28, 2019 at the age of 88 at Surrey Memorial Hospital. He was surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his loving wife Diane, daughter Shelly of Maple Ridge, BC & son Daryle (Sherry) of Williams Lake BC. Alex and Diane have two children of their own, Andrea of Surrey, BC and Daniel (Stephanie) of Abbotsford, BC. He was predeceased by daughter Audrey in 2018. Alex was able to enjoy seeing six grandchildren, several great grandchildren and a great, great grandchild. One of several siblings, Alex is survived by brother Bob of Burnaby, BC and sister Ivy (Harold) Collins of Prince Albert, SK, along with many nieces and nephews.
