March 22, 1993 − August 9, 2018
With the deepest sorrow, we announce the sudden and tragic passing of Jordan on August 9th, 2018. At only 25 years of age, Jordan’s time with us was much too short but enriched us all. Jordan was a true free spirit with an infectious smile, opinions on anything and everything, and a mischievous sense of humor. Jordan will be greatly missed by his loving family: parents, Karel and Sharene (Shuster), siblings Jacqueline and Dallas; his soul− mate and life partner, Jasmine, and her loving family (Julie and Hector); living grandparents Celia and Joe; cousins Kyle, Jackson, Colton and Caitlin; aunts and uncles, Traci, Rod, Phil and Sue, as well as numerous loving friends.

Jordan’s family requests, with thanks, that all donations be made to the Children’s Hearing & Speech Centre of BC, who, in coordination with BC Children’s Hospital (Dr. Riding) and the late Dr. Patrick Doyle, helped give Jordan the gift of hearing after he received his cochlear implant when he was only 2 years old. Donations to help Jasmine are also appreciated and may be made at Funds for Jazzy on GoFundMe.

Thank you Jordan for inspiring us all through your strength and love. Please take care of Nana Margaret and Grandpa Harvey...and just Chill... we still have some ass to kick on your behalf back here on earth, but we will catch up to all of you on the other side. We will make you proud as you did us.
